Release your music on streaming platforms: prepare it step by step, pass review, and follow its status in your dashboard.

Distribution

From the release wizard to streaming platforms

You prepare the release in the MIN.ECO dashboard. The MIN.ECO team reviews the materials and sends the release to the stores available for your account. Status and review notes stay in the same place.

How it works

How to release music

  1. 01

    Prepare the release

Add audio, artwork, artists, credits, and the release date in the release wizard.

  2. 02

    Send it for review

A MIN.ECO moderator reviews the release. If changes are needed, notes appear next to the exact fields — fix them and resubmit.

  3. 03

    Track the status

Once approved, the release is sent to the available stores. The release status is visible in the dashboard.

  4. 04

    Keep your catalog

Releases, tracks, artists, income reports, and payouts stay in one dashboard.

What you can do in the dashboard

Reports and payouts

Income reports next to payouts

The dashboard shows prepared income reports — by release, track, and store — after a period is processed. This is not a live stream counter.

The same place shows your balance and a payout request. MIN.ECO staff make the transfer after you ask.

  1. Read

Open a prepared report for the period.

  2. Break it down

See income by release and store.

  3. Request

Send a payout request from the dashboard.

FAQ

Common questions

What is music distribution?

Music distribution is how a release reaches streaming platforms: a track or album is prepared, checked, and sent on. MIN.ECO does this for artists and labels from the dashboard.

How do I release music through MIN.ECO?

Create an account and open the release wizard. Add audio, artwork, and the release details, then send it for review. After that you can see the status in the dashboard.

Which streaming platforms can I send a release to?

The available stores are shown in the dashboard when you prepare a release. MIN.ECO does not promise placement on every platform in the world and does not publish a brand list here.

What do I need to upload a release?

Audio, artwork, and the basic details: title, artists, and date. The wizard also asks for credits, codes if you already have them, and the stores to send to.

Which audio and artwork formats are accepted?

Audio: WAV or FLAC, up to 1 GB per track. Artwork: PNG or JPEG up to 5 MB. Files are checked right after upload and are not re-encoded.

Is MIN.ECO suitable for independent artists?

Yes. You can keep your own catalog, upload releases, view reports, and request payouts from one dashboard.

Can I use MIN.ECO as a label?

Yes. One organization can hold several artists and their releases. An owner invites the team and assigns roles: admin, catalog, finance, or viewer.

Where do I see income reports?

In the reports section of the dashboard. Prepared reports appear after a period is processed — not as a live play counter.

How do I get a payout?

Finances shows your balance and a payout request. After you submit it, MIN.ECO staff make the transfer. Income terms are set individually and are not published here as a single rate — your rate is shown in your account settings.

How do I contact support?

Open a request in the dashboard support section. You can also write to ceo@min.eco.
