Cookie Policy

Last updated: 21 August 2026

This page describes the actual use of cookies and related browser storage on the MIN.ECO site. It does not add consent for non-essential cookies: the service does not currently set such cookies.

What is used

To restore a session after sign-in, the service sets a strictly necessary authentication cookie (a refresh/session cookie):

  • purpose: keep the ability to refresh the session without storing the password in the browser;
  • type: strictly necessary sign-in cookie;
  • script access: the cookie is not available to JavaScript (HttpOnly);
  • transmission: with security attributes appropriate to the environment (including Secure in the production configuration);
  • lifetime: a limited session lifetime measured in hours, not a persistent marketing identifier.

The short-lived access token is kept only in tab memory and is not written to cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage.

The service does not set analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers (including hit counters and pixels).

Why the cookie is necessary

Without this cookie the service cannot maintain sign-in between requests. Disabling or deleting the essential sign-in cookie may prevent you from signing in, or the session may end as soon as the page is refreshed.

Managing cookies

You can delete cookies in your browser settings. If you delete the MIN.ECO sign-in cookie, you will need to sign in again. A consent banner for non-essential cookies is not shown because non-essential cookies are not set.

Changes

If the cookie set changes (for example, if analytics is added), this page will be updated. The date at the top of the page shows when the text last changed.
